SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed from Dhoop Diya are shipped within 1-2days. Estimated Time of Delivery depends on the customer's address and may vary from 5-10 days. Any products ordered from Dhoop Diya are shipped through standard shipping. For any query regarding our shipping policy please write to us at support@dhoopdiya.com

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7 days return policy. Products bought from Dhoop Diya can be returned by the customer if the return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers can raise a return request through our customer service by either calling us at +91 9535758038 or by sending an email at support@dhoopdiya.com

 

Customers can raise a return request if -

  • Item received is physically damaged;

  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;

  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on website; or

  • Item received is defective/does not work properly.

It is to be noted that partially or completely burned candles cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund. Intactness of any stickers, tags, or seals provided on the products is very crucial for refund. 

On raising a return request, the return is picked up through third party courier service and sent back to us. Once we receive the returned product, it is examined for any damages, tags and seals intactness. This may take up to 2 working days and refund is initiated on completion of this process.
